 Returns Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. The store credit will be emailed to the customer, less any applicable shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Buyer pays return shipping. Please ensure you include your invoice or packing slip with your return item with the return authorization number (RMA).

You should expect to receive your store credit or refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

To start a return, Sign in or create an account look up your order and select the item or items you would like to return and send us the return request. Once we receive your return request we will notify you within 24-48 hours on the status of your request with a return authorization number (RMA).
